[C&C Tiberium-verse] Tiberium's full potential

Hello there, whoever is receiving this. My name is [REDACTED], but you can call me Chloe. I'm part of the Alliance, a multi-universal military peacekeeping force that has dedicated its existence to providing happy endings for the stories and universes you hold dear to your hearts. Usually, that means stepping in to help the good guys defeat the bad guys and deal with the fallout that the conflict created, such as displaced populations, massive shifts in power, ecological disasters, stuff like that.
I run Research & Development for the Alliance, and the reason I'm transmitting this message is that I need some fresh minds for a new project this division has undertaken. Recently, we have taken shipment of a new type of mineral compound from one of the universes you call Command & Conquer, specifically universe subset 1: the Tiberium universe. I think you can guess what the shipment of the mineral is, eh?
Now, full disclosure: We are still reviewing research and history notes from both the GDI, who gave theirs, and Nod, that was nabbed, for lack of a better term, as enemy intel and are still in the process of setting up our testing facilities to deal with Tiberium. I can, however, show a few of my notes on Tiberium itself:
  1. Tiberium came to Earth on a meteorite that struck Italy in 1995. From there, it spread across the world, turning the Earth into a hostile environment for its very species. It was likely seeded by the Scrin. As for why, they seem dependant on its unique form of radiation to survive, the same way that Earth life needs oxygen for cellular respiration.
  2. Tiberium, at least this mutation, can grow on virtually anything.
  3. Tiberium is rich in precious minerals and can be extracted by spinning it in a centrifuge, or, for the mutation we have, superheating it.
  4. Tiberium, even its waste products after refinement, is highly toxic to all carbon-based lifeforms, growing on and/or killing them with even the lightest touch or whiff. -Note: Have all experimentation of Tiberium done in specialised Tiberium-resistant suits with self-contained breathing gear or by robots.-
  5. Tiberium can be destroyed via a strong and constant sonic pulse of a certain frequency, rendering it unable to grow and multiply.
  6. Tiberium can be processed into Liquid Tiberium, a highly volatile and energy-dense substance which is used primarily a weapon of mass destruction.
We also have data from Scrin databases left behind, as well as the Tacitus, but we're still in the process of decrypting them. Dang alien language... -Sigh- Anyway, you get the gist of it. We want to develop Tiberium into resources and weapons for our military. Now, rest easy, we're not interested in conquering universes, far from it. We've started with Tiberium weapons captured from Nod as a base, to begin with, but already some of my subordinates have some novel ideas. Here's a few of them:
  • Artillery shells and rocket/missile warheads loaded with Tiberium gases for wide-area, precision, gas-based death. (As if we need any more chemical weapons. Heh.)
  • Tiberium-DU composite for armour-piercing rounds.
  • Tiberium composites for vehicle armour.
  • Micro-Tiberium power packs to supplement the fusion cores from the Fallout/Halo universe (Don't worry, we've worked out the safety issues for the cores.)
Among them is this gem: A large, precision-guided air-dropped injector which injects a mix of Liquid Tiberium and water, or just Liquid Tiberium into a large creature in order to kill it via Tiberium poisoning, such as dragons, leviathans and ....uh- hold on a sec... -Papers shuffling- ...A giant, flying whale... Huh... Anyway, I want to know some things.
  1. Are my notes complete, and if not, what am I missing?
  2. How can we produce Tiberium in a safe manner that won't harm us or any innocent lives? (Don't worry about the cost.)
  3. Are all of my subordinates' ideas feasible, if any at all?
  4. And finally, do any of you have ideas that I could use going forward with this?
I look forward to seeing your responses. Thank you!
Oh, before I forget, if you fellas were curious, when we entered the universe to assist the GDI, we created an alternate timeline, where the Brotherhood was finally defeated and Threshold 19 was disabled permanently, with our help. That LEGION AI put up a helluva fight, I'll give him that. We also finally managed to kill Kane in a rather ironic way: My brother codenamed Mike stabbed him in the heart on a Tiberium crystal. We then shattered him like glass with a sonic pulse. So, some of you can rejoice, knowing that Tiberium Twilight never happened in our events. We're still waiting for the Scrin invasion, though.

SIB: RA3 Uprising and C&C 4: Tiberium Twilight?

Since both these two games are on Steam's Midweek Madness sale, I'd like to buy them. I'm an old fan of the C&C series, dating back to 2001, when I first played C&C: Tiberium Sun and Red Alert 2 (both fantastic games when EA didn't make a huge impact on the series). My butthole wasn't puckered for the "summer sale" (I'm getting back into Steam lol) so I can't purchase it because of no funds, but I digress. I'm hoping these two games are still decent enough to play.
TL;DR Should I buy these two games? Could you provide a reason to why I should buy it?
